A sunny interlude...

...amongst the heavy showers...

I managed to get some towels dried outside this morning - at one point I thought the whirligig line was going to take off, it was so windy ;) 

Then we met Sue and Mike for lunch at the Waggon & Horses for fish and chip Friday - delicious.

Afterwards we nipped into Wakefield to return a shirt to M&S - the service has become very poor there - and pick up a new blind for the kitchen. 

My blip is of the daffodils which Roy planted a few years ago at Sandbeds, the picnic area in our village, when he had some spare bulbs - they are still doing well ;)
