Pork Tenderloin

Spice rubbed pork tenderloin, broccoli, and cassoulet beans. Wine: Dm. Rémizières Cuvée Christophe Crozes-Hermitage 2018.

All came out very well. The beans are the same variety as Tarbais beans, but they are grown in Napa. "Tarbais" is a protected designation like "Champagne" is, so these are named after their most famous application instead. I have a lot of favorite beans, but these are definitely on the favorites list.
