Tring email arrived today. She has reserve list for funding. She is gutted, but it isn't the end of the road as some movement is expected as only Tring and RBS have completed their recruitment processes. Once Elmhurst, ENBS, RCS and CSB have finals and send out offers then the shake out begins. Carys still has three final auditions to attend so she may get straight offers from somewhere else yet and then need to make decisions.
