The persistent drizzling rain...

... this afternoon, added some atmosphere to the cobbled Green Dragon Yard in  Knaresborough, though it clearly wasn't tempting customers.

However, close-by, a group of smokers were gathered outside a pub door, seemingly ignoring the rain (see my extra).
