Day of Two Halves

This morning I (Chris) was up bright and early to throw a bucket of water over our Lotus and get down to a car meeting organised by my brother-in-law a few miles up the road from us. He's been running it on a monthly basis for some time but we've always had something on. There was a good turn out and lots of car related chat, one photo in the extras here but a few more here if you fancy a look.

This afternoon I was in Oxford for a photo walk and shoot with RotoLight using a collection of their battery powered continuous LED lighting kit. A fun group of photographers (always good to have a chat, talk up the benefits of Blipfoto for instance!) and a couple of models too. The weather wasn't ideal, occasional rain showers meant quite a lot of ducking for cover. Still, a good few photos taken and a chance to see what these lights could do.

All thee activities meant a quiet day at home for Annie to get on with her studies although Leonard, still in a cat pen due to his recent operation, was particularly howly this afternoon!
