A walk instead..

We decided on a walk before breakfast instead of my park run today. A good decision and a lovely walk at a good pace across Hayes Common and through the woods for breakfast at Keston Daisy Grey before the walk back home. I watched this small group while enjoying my porridge. We walked quite a few kilometres.

Lunch in the warmth of the conservatory. Then a phone call from Valerie. Then I went to have a cup of tea with Big Sis.
