The boat race

This is the women’s race; the men’s will be later on. It’s fun seeing my local scenes flash past on the tv coverage.
I especially enjoyed the women’s race this year because I just finished reading ‘Lessons in Chemistry’ by Bonnie Garmus, where the heroine takes up rowing.
