Boat

So how do you get a small boat from the quay side back into the water?  You need three guys with a crane, high tide and a small crowd of people, including me, standing by and watching.  I saw some palaver two or three weeks ago where they were trying to get the boat on to a trailer to tow her away, but now "Osprey" is back where she belongs.
