First trip into London town

Charlie and I caught a bus into Old street today to visit work and introduce him to colleagues and friends. It was lovely to see everyone and they all fussed over him. He was really happy being passed around and not phased at all by the high pitched squeals of delight.

We then headed to Robin's office in Farringdon and it couldn't have been any more different. Rob's office is 99% male and when he walked Charlie around I could hear the grunts of approval :)

We then headed to Smiths of Smithfield for lunch. My colleagues had been trying to get me to stay for lunch there as they had a chef in whipping up something fancy to celebrate making #19 of the Sunday Times Top 100 small companies to work for, but it was lovely to have a family lunch.

We then caught the bus back and Robin was home a couple of hours later.
