Occupation on this site, taken from the car park of Waitrose, has evolved over time but the last company was Aitken and Niven, selling school uniforms. I have a vague recollection that before them it was Clan House, but I could be wrong.

When the five-storey edifice under construction is complete there will be two- or three- bedroom luxury flats, each with a south-facing balcony, which will have a direct view of the 'banana' flats' living rooms. Occupants will also have the luxury of living next door to Morningside Postal Sorting Office and directly opposite Kwik Fit motor services.
