Baby Maple Tree Leaves

The last storm (I think and hope) is passing by today, with a bit more rain scheduled for tomorrow, and then we should have a long dry spell according to the weather guessers. I sure hope so. Everything is totally sodden here. 

To my delight, though, plants are growing like mad and many of them are starting to leaf out or bloom. I keep my yard pretty natural, and the result is a wild mix of flowers and pretty weeds.

Oh, and I now have TWO mated pairs of wild ducks coming by for birdseed every day...sometimes twice a day. They are quite greedy.
