Digital Wednesday

Attended a conference about all things digital in Scotland today. Interesting stuff, including lots on infrastructure issues, but I'd have loved more of a chance to talk about participation and the difference it can make to people's lives.

I realise this blip bears no relation to the above - even I can't find a tenuous link - but it was too beautiful not to feature today!
