Dinner

Sometimes I like to try & make something I've not made before.
This is "tofu-and-mushroom-pie", well it's got leeks in it too.
It's Vegan & very tasty with a few vegetables & potatoes; I made the Leek, Mushroom & Tofu filling & left it in the saucepan, then when I put the mixture on the plate I topped it off with a pastry disc. 
Thought it looked nice & tasty so worth a share on Blip as it's been a wet, chilly & windy day.
