A change

Easter is nearing and it's reflected in the doorway displays in my building.  I thought this Mama goose and her chicks were cute.

I had my last physical therapy session with Anthony today, as he is heading off to Des Moines, WA (pronounced dess moynes here in Washington) to work at a rehab center.  I'm glad I had the chance to work with him while he was here.  He recommended that I get a large exercise ball and gave me exercises to do with it to help with my sciatica, which has gotten pretty bad; I ordered one from Amazon which should arrive tomorrow.  Next week I'll be starting with Jen, with whom I've worked in the past.
