Sunny Starling

According to the Met Office it was 13°C  -  10 mph SSW Wind Speed  -  15 mph Gusts  -  Cloudy  -  Sunny Spells.  It felt hotter than that and the car that registers the outside temp said 18 degrees.  I blipped the Starling catching a blazing sunny spell while shopping in Aldis.  My extra is the pavement across from Govan Bank of Scotland packed with Pigeons.
