After a period of warm weather, quickly melting snow in the mountains and heavy rain, flood warnings have been issued for the whole of southern Norway. Most rivers are already swollen, and flood waters are expected to pass the danger level in many areas. Many roads and bridges are already flooded, and the heavy rainfall is expected to continue.
