Capturing my Journey

Fluffy willow

A good long morning walk. I spent the morning finally registering the dogs microchips in Canada. I actually hadn't realised that when read over here the chips would have no data and be read as a foreign microchip that is all. It's time they did an international database. So for the second time I've paid to register them with a registry! On the plus side we got a multidog discount! We've been having trouble getting them registered with a vet here too as there is a shortage of vets so they aren't taking on new clients. We have managed to persuade the ranch vet to take them on as we don't make unnecessary vet appointments. Mainly want it for vaccines and perhaps pain meds for our ageing pack. Emergency care is shared between the vets so you just get whoever is on call. Anyway productive morning! After work husband and I went to pick up a parcel and treated ourselves to a Chinese takeaway. We've had touches of snow but no lying.
