Nearly a full Moon

Took Delivery of my Brand Spanking New Canon 5D MKIII today and could not wait to play, popped out to try for a classic shot of Rape fileds in front of Cherhill (Landsdown Monument) but as so common this year, the Rape has really suffered and is very patchy.

The Moon was amazing and very large so positioned myself to get the Moon resting on top of the Monument and with the compression of the 400mm lens, it looks even bigger.

Got quit a few good shots today but most need stitching from portraits to a panorama; sadly, not enough time.

5D MKIII is AMAZING!
