Hiding in plain sight

The gov spotted these Snake Head Fritillary in bud a few days ago but today they are in full bloom. There seems to be lots of buds still to open as well. One of the few plants that seem to have coped with the extreme cold followed by 100mm of rain in March.
The hellebore behind is still at full throttle as well.
As we are away on Good Friday we planted the potatoes and got a couple of short rows of Broad beans in under a cloche. (To defeat the pigeons)
Also took a first cut off the lawn but had to recharge the batteries to complete the job.
