Sew good

As predicted, today has been a day of hard graft trying to get rid of at least some of the dust from the bathroom refurbishment. There is still a way to go but hopefully not too much in the way of dust generation. At least everything feel a lot cleaner. After cleaning indoors I did the inside of my car, which had become very dirty these last few wet and muddy weeks. After that I collapsed on the sofa.

As promised the image is a collage of photographs taken yesterday at the National Needlework Archive. The exhibition: Pollinators from Borneo to Your Own Backyard is a selection of work from Stitching Botanical at The National Botanic Garden of Wales. Stitching Botanical is a group of 80 volunteers who meet twice monthly at the Botanic Garden to create special textile collections with a botanical connection. It sounds wonderful.  It's interesting to see the varied approaches that have been used to represent a similar theme.
