Dandelion

A lovely day, blue sky and sun all day!  Ro and I went for a walk and I took this shot.  I am always drawn to these great yellow orbs.  A great plant . The leaves are edible in salads and wine made with the flowers. Only the stems are not good to eat.  The French name: ‘Le pissenlit’ tells you of its diuretic qualities! 

Eldest finished her book and as Blurb had a discount code available we’ve ordered it.  Not sure how long it will take to come!
