Sour dough bread

Last week I was given a sour dough starter made from Rye flour . Yesterday I took some out and made a totally gluten free loaf. So easy to make. Cooked it this morning and had a slice for lunch with soup .pretty acceptable for a first time .
Bookers for Easter eggs for someone at church but they had non left!
Vets with jasper after lunch for annual jabs
Then it cuts and we planted up some dahlias and filled in a huge hole that was dug overnight under the fence at the back of the garden . Fox maybe???
