Asparagus

Another lovely day.  Early morning walk encountered several road workers in hi-vis orange or green onesies.  Asked one what they're doing and the response was road resurfacing.  The roads they are working on are virtually unblemished including a cul de sac.  Meanwhile less than 5 minutes away roads are beddvilled with severe potholes. Hope the funds won't run out when it's the turn of the worst roads.

Asparagus is in season.  It was delicious with mushroom omelette this evening.
