Ilka Blade o' Grass

"Ilka Blade o’ Grass Keps its Ain Drap o’ Dew", seen above a house front door.

I had to look it up. It's from a poem by James Ballantine. He was a notable painter on glass as well as a poet. See https://www.scottishpoetrylibrary.org.uk/poem/ilka-blade-o-grass-keps-its-ain-drap-o-dew/ for the whole poem. It's rather comforting and very appropriate to be reminded of every day. One source suggested that this line might have been a Fife proverb.
