Muffins

I didn’t have a suitable baking dish for the Airfryer so I used 6 ramekins for big muffins. Alfie let me down somewhat as the tops were burning before they were cooked. Norm was delighted with the size of them and luckily they tasted better than they look.
It was a beautiful day again today and the washing dried outside. Norm’s been slaving away in the garden again.
