Sherborne Castle Grounds

Today was the first day that the Castle gardens were opened- such a stunning day again . The joy of walking and sitting in the sun was wonderful after all the rain .
The flowers there are so special in the Spring- especially the snakes head fritillaries and anemones .
This afternoon we stopped at Abbotsbury Gardens for a cuppa as well as West Bexington to catch a few more rays !
Watched the final episode of ‘Endeavour’ this evening- just wonderful tv - especially the ending - tears were shed.
