Hanging heavy

I always used to walk during lunchtimes in Glasgow. I loved to walk. I had routes and I would stray from them often.

Now working in Edinburgh, I've neglected that side of things, because of stress and time constraints and laziness. Turns out that walking today was the perfect way to unwind halfway through my day, and attack the rest of it with a clear head.

And it's true what they say: once you start exercising, it's hard to stop.

New daily ritual, and new me, ahoy!
