Happy Singer!

Not sure whether this is a reed bunting or not, but he was certainly singing away in the reeds when I took a walk in the nearby country park in the middle of today. Lots of others were singing away too, but this was the only visible one amongst the reeds.

It was really great to hear the 'happy' sounds from loads of birds, and makes me wonder how can things that small make so much joyful music. If they can do it, how much more could we make a joyful noise rather than grumbling, even when it is only 8deg C and with a cold wind!
