Almost mono

It's been a really dull grey and drizzly day here. I hope it's been better wherever you are.

The pied wagtail in this shot has just flown off a post and caught the flying insect in the air, low over the water.  I loved this rather "Top Gun" esque banking shot as the bird turns to fly back to its perch.  Its sharper when seen large.
