Welcome to Scotland  - a sign on the M74 at the border.  After having spent three nights visiting the family and seeing friends we had a very wet drive north.   The journey on the motorways was awful with spray from the lorries and then the hill fog was so thick on the A701 that it was almost impossible to see traffic just ahead.  This is not a good photo due to the wet windscreen but it is a significant sign marking the national boundary over the little River Sark near Gretna.  It was too wet or inadvisable to stop for photos of the many little lambs having to put up with all that Nature’s weather throws at them.
Thanks to Bobsblips  for his theme of ”nature.”
