Spring Sprung

You know it's really spring when the neighbour with the hardest working garden is out planting up.

Had my appointment at the eye clinic - my left eye is absolutely rubbish.
Helpful person: "What do you see on this line?" 
Me :Um - Japanese symbol for mountain, Chinese symbol for the Han dynasty, something Tamil and then a dying worm.
- Switch to right eye
Helpful person: "And now?"
Me: " R T C N D 4".

My left eye is not lazy, it's just gone.

When I came out of the appointment - man was the world shiny.

Back to see them in January when I expect to be told the operation is needed.
