Good Friday: Kale “Red Russian”

Woke up to a bright and sunny morning, but temperature was only 2.8°C at 7am this morning.
Forecast for a dry day so I put a load of washing in the machine and they soon dried outdoors in the sunshine and gentle breeze.
My kales have started going to seed but to me this is good news as all our garden pollinators will be very glad of these nectar rich flowers.
MrD went off for a motorbike ride to the mountains, I cooked him meatballs in pasta sauce for his dinner.
I started off some seeds too - more about them if they grow :-))
I’m very tired this evening and might watch some more of “Iolo’s Borderlands”
