Very Excited For The Future

After 6 months in hand, with the last two months pretty intense work for Jack I decided he was strong enough to start riding him again. I wasn’t sure how he would be after such a long time off.

My friend Ali came to help and I did a good 20 minutes in hand first to get Jack used to the saddle and make sure he was switched on to me.

He was such a good boy when I got on, he was a little bit cold backed to start with but soon started to relax. I didn’t ride for long as he’s still not very strong and I am aiming for little and often until the muscles in his back are much stronger.

I am so pleased with him and very excited for the future.
