Carys with Jamie Muscato

While the boys were swimming in a huge lake and riding long tail boats we had a lovely day in London.

Firstly Carys did her photo shoot at the Italian Gardens in Hyde Park with four other ambassadors. We then had a drink in a nearby pub with Imogen, the owner, Faith, her daughter and Simon and Alex, Imogen's husband and son. It is lovely when people you 'meet'' on social media become friends in real life.

As for C's surprise, well, I had managed to get tickets for Moulin Rouge, but not any old tickets or cast! Katie, C's ballet teacher last year, is in the ensemble and is cover for Nini. Well tonight she was on for Nini and she had managed to get me discounted tickets in the Royal Circle. Carys was over the moon. Katie was fabulous, I absolutely love the show. This is my fourth visit and I am still seeing things I haven't seen before and spend the whole show grinning.

Afterwards we met Katie to say thank you and congratulations and she was so pleased to hear C's news about Tring and told her how proud of her she is. To top off the night Carys managed to get her photo with Jamie Muscato (Christian). He is unbelievably good, I have seen three Christian's and he is by far the best! He is also smart as he stood on the pavement and C on the road for this photo, hence he looks taller than C! He is not!
