Date Night....

...isn't exactly what Sheila thought it was going to be...

When she had agreed to go out on a dinner date with George, she had really hoped for a restaurant at best, a coffee shop at worst....

However going for a takeaway at a famous chain, which had a clown for a symbol wasn't the best thing to make Sheila crack a genuine smile, nor was the big grin that George had on his face,

She was highly conflicted with how to respond, and what really annoyed her was that George believed her fake smile in response, and that she was really enjoying it!!!

As Sheila mulled over her options, knowing exactly where she wanted to stick the two wooden sticks that they had been supplied with, she felt pity for him. it wasn't as if he hadn't tried to impress her with this date, but how many blatant hints did she have to make before the penny dropped?

While their 'dinner' date was nearly over, Sheila had plenty to think about.....she was just glad that it was a dry night.

Take care all :-)
