Post Box at Radwinter End.

We happened upon this old post box today... in the middle of nowhere (by our standards)...

This lamppost  box was cast by A Handyside & Co, Derby in about 1920. This type sometimes called a 'Hovis Box' after the shape of the popular bread loaf.
