Chance meeting

I got my work for the day finished by one, then we all went through to Lancaster, it was really wet. We went to a newish eatery, the Gallico Lounge, which was pretty good. We took my dad to Marks’s to get a new set of clothes, he hasn’t done any shopping for years.
I just had an urge to go for a drink at the John O’Gaunt, an old haunt. Unbelievably, 10 mins later my old work friend walked in too, we used to go in a lot 30 years ago!
Mr S and my son arrived at 9pm.
