Meconopsis Cambrica (Welsh Poppy)

... and Aquilegia! This is a shady part of the garden, there is a howling wind, it's cold but been quite sunny all day. I haven't been out very much, too cold and too rough.

We had a shower of rain during last night, it woke me up as it was blowing straight off the sea into our window but the wind has made the soil very dry.
