After reluctantly bidding farewell to firstborn, and saying hello to an empty fridge, we had to spend the rest of the day reroofing the allotment shed. It has been leaking these last few weeks.
Mission accomplished just before the rain came in, there was nothing to pick other than some asparagus spears.
We took some rubbish home, and found the magnificent mollusc as stowaway. (Please see extra.)
