Happy Easter

Happy Easter! This is TC (or Tea Cosy) cat, my mum's fun tea cosy!

I have had a lovely Easter day with family today. I went to church with my mum this morning, stayed for coffee afterwards and then headed back to my mum's for lunch. Both my brothers and my older brother's wife came for lunch too. The cat tea cosy came out, as it always does!

Chocolate eggs were exchanged, we chatted, looked over a wonderful old photo of my great grandfather and some things my mum had unearthed among my dad's things, including some old pocket watches and an old technical drawing set that may have belonged to my granny's brother. My mum has been finding all sorts of treasures! Lovely to spend the day with family.
