MEL & SIREN

I spotted Mel & her cute dog, taking five and sharing some food.
Mel told me that Siren came from Battersea Dog & Cats' Home and (I think it was Mum) chipped in that the pooch had also been on TV.
Is that so? I asked Mel.
'Yes - on Paul O'Grady's series about the world famous dogs' home.
''She's a bit nervous of the camera' Mel said.
But she sat perfectly for me to take this.
'Would you like a chip?' said Mum.
I knew immediately I was amongst friends.
