Anemone blanda

At Trinity.  Afternoon walk down the Trinity path to the shore - mild, grey, overcast. Came across these anemones in a sheltered garden corner. There were coltsfoot out by the path. 

Sorted pictures in the morning, including opening the wooden crates on the oils .. got out the Yankee screwdriver. It's not far short of a year since they were packed in the California house. They seem to  have survived the journey, no signs of incursions in the crates. Hanging them comes next ..
