Every tree seems to be getting active - it may be time to go look for the cherry orchards in Frauenstein again.

Since I had COVID, I've been really sensitive to spicy heat.  I made a curry yesterday - just my usual paste of onions, coriander, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and a couple of mild chillies.  Cooked it out with chicken and chick peas and coconut milk.  Normally that is a dish I would spice up with a side serving of my lime-pickle - not any more.  It's like being 18 again and trying a curry for the first time - mouth on fire, serious sweating.

Very, very odd.
