Stunted?

This tree may be stunted but it usually has a splendid display of blossom in the spring. It may be a little less impressive than usual this year, but I felt it deserved its habitual springtime place on Blip.

Sunshine today after a wet start, and it possibly felt like the warmest day this year. Maybe a scorching 13º.
