Only one eaten - and it was really tasty!



Yesterday’s wild weather and severe thunderstorm brought 3341 lightning strikes on the Nelson-Tasman region. 

Across New Zealand, MetService said they recorded almost 40,000 strikes, with the Nelson-Tasman region experiencing “particularly severe thunderstorms”. Of these, 8827 strikes were over land.

Today’s weather has been changeable, but mild and calm compared to yesterday’s extreme conditions.
