good morning canary

farewell Jeremy

he loved nature & poetry.
i first met him when he was 18
with long flowing hair, an Afghan coat
walking the cliffs playing his flute.
a quiet and gentle man who drank rum & coke
and smoked like a chimney.

he was almost entirely responsible for me and
the Kindly Mister getting together.

he will be very missed.

I know a bank whereon the wild thyme blows,
Where oxslips and the nodding violet grows
Quite over-cannopied with luscious woodbine,
With sweet musk-roses, and with eglantine...
