Lathyrus Odoratus

Apricot

A sunny breezy morning turned into a windy wet afternoon. Fortunately I got my sweet peas planted out in the morning including 'Alison Louise' a Spencer variety that has often been my first choice mid-blue and 'Apricot Sprite' which I've not grown before. The latter should produce salmon-orange flowers. Of course, if all goes well, we may have moved house before they flower.

The spaniel is now walking without too much trouble but he still needs to keep the wretched cone on.
