Bells & Beaches

We had two stops today. Sutton Hoo - a National Trust site with Anglo Saxon burial mounds and very beautiful walks - and Shingle Street  (an amazing beach just minutes from the campsite).

I couldn't resist the bluebells at Sutton Hoo and the extra is a pocket of water that stays filled even when the tide is out leaving a wonderful pool to explore, swim in (apparently) and photograph. As Shingle Street is on our doorstep, we may return at sunset one evening. Jak thinks it's a wonderful place, miles and miles of shingle to play in!
