Another dismal day!

But train into Brighton for hair cut and colour. Alarmingly expensive but nice nice nice, very happy with it all, and the young woman who did it was lovely, quiet and charming. We listened together to some of the odder conversations going on around us..
"She's a real goddess", says one woman, "Not a Barbie girl at all"
I think she's talking about her daughter.
The other woman says "Nothing wrong with Barbie. I mean, she's got everything, hasn't she?"
