The Kelpies

I had a photo job in the east of the city today, so I detoured afterwards to visit a place I have only seen from the motorway before.

I did enjoy it up to a point, but it's a strange place. Hellish to photograph. So many annoying people wandering around, difficult to compose a shot I was happy with and pylons, bins, coffee vans, street furniture etc.

The Kelpies themselves are stunning even if they'd look better in a 21st century city park than here!
